Our cherished loved one Alfred "Al" Chivers passed away and went to be with the Lord on June 17th, 2024, at the young age of 68 in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Al was born in Salem, Oregon on June 9th, 1956 to Alfred and Donna. Al served in the military and retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. Al enjoyed telling dad jokes, playing guitar or any musical instrument, camping on the coast, playing video games and tinkering with things. He's proceeded in death by both his father Alfred Chivers and his mother Donna Stobbe. He's also proceeded in death by his two brothers Wayne Hendershot and Joseph McDaniel. Al is survived by his wife Mary Chivers, his 4 children and son-in-law: Ciara Chivers, Traona Larson, Telena and Russell Redfield and Kyle Yepp, his five sisters; Jodi Cochran, Linda Frieze, Beth Hughes, Kathy Becker and Amy Schaub and his brother Gary Hendershot. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren: Acacia, Aspen, Aiden, Axle, Jaena and Lilyana. The ceremony will be held at Davenport's Chapel on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
