Lori passed away peacefully in her Klamath Falls home on March 7, 2026, at 2:36 p.m., surrounded by the people who loved her most. Her final moments were filled with comfort, faith, and the warmth of family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Straw and Nellie StrawDishong, and her sister, Ernestine. She is survived by her four children Tami, Robert, Dee Dee and Gina as well as her sister Sandy, twelve grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Each of them carries a piece of her strength, her love, and her legacy.
Lori was known for her fiery red hair, her unforgettable smile, and a spirit that could light up any room. She was truly a force to be reckoned with bold, loving, and unwavering in her devotion to her family and her faith. As a deeply committed Christian, she made sure her children and grandchildren knew the Lord, not only through her words but through the way she lived her life every single day.
She loved to shop, whether it was finding the perfect gift, treating herself to something special, or simply enjoying the fun of browsing. It was one of the many ways she expressed joy and shared it with others.
Her presence was a blessing, her laughter a comfort, and her love a foundation for generations. She will be deeply missed, but her faith, her fire, and her compassion will continue to live on in all who were lucky enough to know her.
