Donna Jean Gibson

Donna J. Gibson, 73, passed away on January 13, 2024 in Klamath Falls, OR. At Donna's request, there will be no formal funeral service but at a later date, there will be a small family gathering. She was born July 23, 1950, in Syracuse NY, to Frances and Donald Wragg. She graduated from Western High School, CA in 1968. In 1971, she married Raymond I. Gibson, at Knotts Berry Farm Chapel of Reflections in Buena Park, CA. Two children were born to this union: Gregory Gibson, Cheri (Gibson) Molatore. In 1976 the family moved to Oregon, where she resided until her death. Donna worked for the Geo Thermal Department at Oregon Institute of Technology until she retired. Donna enjoyed making porcelain dolls, quilting, traveling the US in their motor home with her husband Raymond, and doing genealogy for her family tree. Survivors include: Gregory Gibson (son), Cheri & Charles Molatore (daughter and son-in-law), grandchildren: Josh & Kala Gibson, Carly & John Anderson, Whitney & Austin Fossen, Cai Gibson, Blake Englestadter, Priscilla Englestadter, Hannah & Jerry White, Chase & Amy Molatore, and Kyle Gallagher. As well as 10 great grandchildren. Siblings include: Debbie & Rick Armijo and Kathy Bolkovatz and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Donna was preceded in death by her husband Raymond I. Gibson, of Klamath Falls, OR. Her parents Donald and Frances Wragg. Her sisters Lynda L. Arimond and Laurie A Wragg. Brother-in-law and sister-in-law Donald and Viola Gibson, brother-in-law Frances Gibson, and other family members that have passed away. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you would donate to your favorite charity or Klamath Hospice ( they have been a huge help over the last 3 yrs with our mom)
