Edward Draper

Edward Draper, aged 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2024, at Table Rock Memory Care Community in Medford, Oregon. He was born on July 29, 1945 in Berkley, California, to Roberta Banks and General Draper.

He grew up a resident of Oakland, California. He met Carla and they married in Portland, Oregon on April 1, 1974.  He worked for the Klamath County Road Department for many years before he retired. 

His hobbies included listening to music, working on cars, target shooting, and watching action movies. He also enjoyed drenching his family and friends with the water hose during the bi-annual family reunions.

He was preceded in death by his older  brother, Charles Morris, and his mother, Roberta Banks.

Edward is survived by his wife, Carla. His children, Thelma Draper, Gail Draper, Ron Draper, Christine Davis, James Draper, Robert Draper, and Michelle Draper. As well as his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There will be no services per Edward’s request. A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Davenport’s Chapel of the Good Shepherd, 2680 Memorial Drive, Klamath Falls, Oregon.
