Edward William Weise
Edward William Weise, 70, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. He was born on June 10, 1955, in Astoria, Oregon to Harlan and Shirley Weise.
Edward honorably served in the U. S. Navy aboard the USS CARPENTER (DD-825) during the Vietnam conflict. While at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, San Francisco, California, Edward met the love his life, Deborah Wong. They were married on May 8, 1976, in Alameda, California.
After his service they returned to Klamath Falls where in 1978, they welcomed twin boys, Clifford and Kenneth to the family. Edward worked as a lumber grader for the Weyerhaeuser Corporation in Oregon and Sierra Pacific Industries in California, retiring in the early 2000's.
Edward was known for his mischievousness and playfulness. He also loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Edward is preceded in death by love of his life, Deborah and his parents. He is survived by his twin sons, Clifford (Kareemah), Kenneth (Cheyenne), his siblings Harlan (Virgina), Sherry (Tom), Robert, and Timothy (Deanna). He also has 9 grandchildren and one great grandson.
Services will be held at Davenport's Chapel, 2680 Memorial Dr, Klamath Falls, Oregon. On Wednesday the 15th at 2:00pm. Edward will be interred at Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, Oregon.
