Shirley Edna Watson

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Shirley Edna Watson.  She was born June 29th, 1952 in Takilma Oregon to William and Edna Harrison.  She grew up in Merrill, Oregon and married Kirk Watson. She was a devoted wife of nearly 58 years who prioritized her family, and cultivated lasting bonds. Shirley’s life is a testament to her strength, fiery spirit,  and love of life. She lived entirely on her terms with unbridled enthusiasm. Shirley and Kirk loved spending time deep in the mountains, camping, hiking, fishing, picking mushrooms and spending time with friends from every walk of life. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Harlan, brothers and sisters. 

She is survived by her husband Kirk, daughter Angela,  son Joshua (JD), 7 grandchildren;  5 Great grandchildren (with 3 more on the way) brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and sister Bonnie Kurulak.
