Susan Lee Alexander, age 73, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Sky Lakes Medical Center, surrounded by her loving daughters. Born on February 11, 1951, in Redmond, Oregon to Lyle and Henrietta Swearingen, Susan spent her childhood in Paisley, Oregon. She had a deep affection for horses and sewing, which remained central to her life's pursuits. A devoted member of the Rebekah Lodge, Susan cherished the friendships and community involvement the organization offered. For many years, Susan expressed her creativity as a florist, particularly enjoying designing floral arrangements for proms and weddings. Her greatest joy in life was her four children and eleven grandchildren. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Lyle Swearingen and Henrietta Swearingen. She is survived by her brother Dell and sister-in-law Carolyn Swearingen, her brother Dee and sister-in-law Viva Swearingen, her son Kevin Alexander, son and daughter-in-law Dennis and Rose Alexander, daughter and son-in-law Andrea and Michael Bell, daughter Tami Alexander, and her beloved grandchildren Stephen, Megan, Samantha, Mathew, Rose, Xander, Morgan, Maci, Isabelle, Maximus, and Paislee. A celebration of Susan's life will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Prosperity Rebekah Lodge, located at 2209 Gary St, Klamath Falls, Oregon. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
